 I don't accept limitations.

I don't accept narcissism.

I don't  accept excues.

I don't accept can't

I don't accept closes doors ceilings.

I don't accept negative vibes and harsh feelings.

I don't accept gossip.

I don't slander.

I don't accept disrespect.

I don't accept being told just any old thing.

I don't accept lies.

I don't accept being put inside of a box.

I don't accept being done before my time.

I don't accept  not having a choice.

I don't accept not having a piece of mind.

I don't accept being unconscious.

I don't accept following the spirually blind.

Finger pointing.

 It's easy to look at someone's else's life and tell them what they shouldn't do.

It's easy to gauge their situation and say what you wouldn't do.

It easy to wave your finger at them with distain.

It's easy  to criticize.

It's easy to find fault.

It's easy to place blame.

You know what's not so easy to do?

It's not so easy to take the same criticism.

It's not so easy when others become critical of you.

Can you handle the same criticism you give?

If someone ever becomes overly critical of you what will do?

Just remember that when you point your finger at someone else their will be three pointed back at you.

helping hand.

 You can do anything but you can't do everything.

You'd take on the entire world if you thought you could  actually win.

While it is indeed true that success starts with doing for self it is ok to ask for accept some help.

Life is full of teachable moments but you'll never learn anything from them if you think you know everything.

Even a genius asks questions.

Even strong men ask for a spot from time to time.

It's ok to push yourself.

Shatter your limits.

Trust in yourself but have the wisdom to know when you need some help.

It was once a mere beacon.

It shone brightly.

It was incandescent.

It was fleeting.

It was once beaming.

It has now been reduced to a mere flicker.

It slowly got doused. 

It won't be long now until it completely burns a the way out.

Love unsparingly  if you want to stay together.

Put love in to achieve the desired effect.

Put some love in it even on your last breath.

Love truly conquers all.

I don't care.

I'm less than impressed.

I don't have time for foolishness.

I have no time for mess.

I really do not care.

If doesn't pay my bills I could care less.

I don't care who said what and what's going on over there. 

I truly don't care about the latest tea.

Gossip doesn't fly or set well with me.

I don't care about your house,your car, your jewelry.

Nice.

Good for you.

What's that have to do with me? 

I definitely don't care about nobodies talking about me.

It's actually makes me feel pretty good that I occupied a space in their minds.

I gave them something to talk about with their worthless behinds.

I don't care about who said what on reality T.V.

I mind my own business.

I worry about me.

Yes, I have principles.

Yes, I have social concerns.

I speak up on them and stand up for them when I need to but all that he said she said is something that I just don't do. 

I don't care.

Don't waste you breath.

If it's not positive or productive I could care less.

Look at me.

I'm so B1

Look at my B1 face.

I keep my mind  focused and attuned to a B1 state.

Yes, I'm B1 great.

I'm not gonna lie sometimes I'm B1 late.

If your threatened or bewildered by the notion of B1 than you can probly never be a freind to me.

I'm fully charged with B1 power.

I'm  dripping with B1 energy.

Much needed change

I can't always welcome you with opens arms.

I can't always smile at you when your staring at me directly in my face.

I know how badly I need you yet sometimes, I honestly can't stand you.

It's not you.

It's me.

You force me to look at things I do not want to see.

You challenge me to let go of the  things that are hindering me  and weighing me down.

Your like a vegetable to me.

You don't taste very good but your oh so vital for my nourishment and growth.

Your a constant reminder to me of  everything that I am meant to be.

Thank you for helping me become a better version of me.

I've been there.

 I know what it's like to suffer loss.

I know what's like to pay an inconceivable price.

I know all too well what that feeling is like.

I know how it feels to be counted out and overlooked.

I know what it's like to have victory seized.

I have felt the sting of betrayal.

I know what it's like when no one believes in you.

I know how it feels to go all the way down to zero. 

I know what it's like to walk all alone.

 I know what it's like to have an insatiable sense of longing.

I know what it's like to desire fitting in and belonging.

I know what it's like to be outcasted and shamed.

I know what it's like to be villafied and blamed.

I know what it's like to be judged.

I know how it feels to be given up on.

I have been to that sunken place.

I have stared directly into the abyss.

I have been broken into a million pieces and had those shards ground into a fine powder.

I've been their.

I can relate.

I know how it feels when no one cares.

I may not have any advice or a solution to help you get through....but I have been there too.

Dispel

The world is yours you just have to claim it.

 

You can have whatever  you desire in this world. 

 

 

You just have to name it. 

Of course, discpline, focus,execution, and ingenuity is an absolute must.    You  have to faith and give the process every ounce of your trust.

However that's not all you have to do. You have to banish that doubt lurking inside of you.

      You have change your thoughts and speech pattern. 

Get rid of can't.

Banish what if.

Hope is a must but never say it out loud.

Words are powerful.

Pay attention to what you say.

Select them wisely.

Choose them well.

They will ultimately decide if you succed or if you fail.

Break your negative thought and speech pattern.

Break your bad habits by casting your own spell.

 Can you be happy?

Can you enjoy yourself by yourself?

Can you laugh out loud for no rhyme or reason?

Can you dance like you don't care if someone stares?

Can you admit when your wrong sometimes?

Can you exercise the same patience with others as you want them to do with you?

Can you not rush to judgement before you have weighed all the facts?

Can you let it go and not allow it to consume you?

Can you not rationalize for once?
