It's alright.

Its' okay.

It may not be going well.

It may not be going your way.

It's still going though.

Your still here.

You still have a chance to change it.

You still have an opportunity to persevere.

It may not have turned out the way you wanted it to but you still can make it through.

How you handle it from here on out is entirely up to you.

Narrative

Dear media,

  If your going to tell our story story then tell it correctly.

Stop portraying us in a negative light.

Stop recycling our pain in order to increase the algorithm and your monitory gain

Stop only pointing  out  the wrong we do.

Stop reinforcing negative stereotypes by oversaturating your digital platforms with images of us at our worst.

We fatherd civilization.

We were here first.

Stop insulting our intelligence with the false images of us depicticted by you based on how you believe we all live.

We are leaders.

We are inventors.

We are entropenours.

We are captains of industry.

We are lawyers.

We are  doctors.

We are intellectuals.

We are philanthropist.

We are bankers.

We are astute students.

We are artist.

We are journalist.

We are philosophers.

We are scientists.

We are technicians.

We are engineers.

We are trail blazers.

We are pioneers.

We are scoloars.

We are  inventors.

We are proud father's.

We are strong mothers.

We take care of children. 

We  highly value and protect our women.

We take pride in our communites.

We can peacefully cohabitate with one another.

We are kings.

We are Queens.

We are the quintessential force that binds and enhances every experience on this planet. 

We influence all cultures.

Everyone looks up to us.

The world would be a dismal place without us.

Stop putting out these false narratives and the world will change their perception of us and how they treat us.

Narratively speaking

We are in control. 

Our situation is not hopeless.

We have a say so.

We have the power contrary to all unpopular belief.

We have and are advancing at an expedient pace.

We will not be silenced nor muzzled until we win this race.

We are now among the elite that are responsible for turning the wheels to this machine were all inside of.

We set the bar.

We overcome all obstacles set in our path.

We push forward through our pain

We shatter our limits and break through barriers too.

We continuously find the strength to power though.

We contiuisly make a mockery of all that doubt us and tell us what we can not do.

No matter how much they try to tarnish our image or sully our names.... We still find a way to stand stand tall.

We remain bold and defiant.

We don't back down.

We triumph in the face of adversity.

We control the horizontal.

We control the vertical.

We "are" the air waves.

They are just glorified distortion.

White noise.

Feedback.

It might be their station but it's our show.

We are not the images they try to sell the people on.

We transced the box they try to place us in.

Adjust your set.

Is the image clear now?

hindsight

Sugar looks like salt from afar. 

The grass isn't always greener on the other side.

Don't be blinded by everything you see.

Nine times out of ten your probably experiencing a manufactured reality.

People that you think have it together are secretly  going to pieces on the inside.

Before you rush to judgment look at the situation from a fresh set of eyes.

Do the research.

Acquire the knowledge.

Asses the situation fully before you believe what think you saw or what you believe you overheard.

Judge for your own self.

Don't run with the herd.

keeping it real?

What's keeping it real?

Is it being the loudest in the room.

Is it telling someone off when they never had a clue they did something to upset you.

Is keeping it real going out your way to ruin someone else's day?

Is keeping it real quarreling with someone that doesn't see it your way?

When you keep it real does only your opinion matter?

To be truthful.

To be quite frank.

Your perspective is dismal.

Your assessment is dank.

To keep it real you must have a genuine heart.

You must have an authentic tone.

If your not really real then just leave it alone.

Real recognizes real.

Unpack that.

Let it sizzle on your bones.
