In this life there are no certainties.
The unexpected will and often happens.
You can never escape the continuous cycle of pain.
Some days you can't help but feel drained.
Other days may feel like a warm hug with a tall glass of sunshine lemonade.
Some days will beat you down and push you the brink of no return.
Other days will you grant solace and abundance beyond belief.
Other days will bring you nothing but grief.
Some days your up.
Some days your down.
That's just how life is.
You accept and receive the good as well as the bad.
Accept everything life shows you and takes you because life all you "truly" have.
