Breathe.
Stretch.
Warm up.
Keep a steady pace.
Stay focused.
Concentrate on you.
Run your own race.
You'll get there in your own time.
You know what you want to do.
Find the time.
It's a marathon not a sprint.
Keep pushing.
Don't quit.
If you fall nurse your wounds and get right back up.
Just remember.
Some may be at the finish line to greet you.
Others may be waiting at the finish line hoping to cheat you or attempting to rob you of your win.
After you break that tape don't look back.
Take a moment to catch your breath to run that victory lap.
Then leave them blowing in the wind.
It doesn't matter how long it takes you.
It doesn't matter what route you take.
As long as you get there.
There is no right.
There is no wrong.
You may start off rocky .
Just stay the course and finish... strong.
